Our business started by processing all of the standard sizes of hard Italian cheeses. We have expanded to other products, and excel at custom blending and private label programs. Our capacity has grown, but we never compromise quality. To retain flavor, some of the old ways still work best.

Our Name
Our family has been in the cheese industry for over half a century. Our name is derived from Dad's hometown, Castellammare del Golfo in North West Sicily.
